v87h5 Platform Rules & User Agreement

The following terms, when used in these Terms & Conditions, shall have the meanings set out below. Defined terms may appear in singular or plural form and retain the same meaning in either case.

Access to and use of the v87h5 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions to lawfully use the Services:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. v87h5 enforces a strict 21+ policy. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account immediately suspended, all transactions reversed where possible, and any remaining Balance forfeited pending investigation.
2. Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapable by a competent court are not eligible.
3. Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether self-imposed through the v87h5 responsible gaming tools or imposed by the Operator following a Player request.
4. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
5. Own Identity: You must register and play using your own legal identity. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your Account, is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

To access the Services on v87h5, you must register a personal Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, and your date of birth. You agree that all information provided at the time of registration — and at any subsequent point — is truthful, current, and accurate.

v87h5 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You agree to notify v87h5 support immediately via [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. v87h5 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, v87h5 requires all Players to complete our KYC verification process. This process involves submitting a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian national identity card / KTP, passport, or SIM) and, where required, proof of the payment method used for deposits. KYC documents are reviewed within one to three business days. Failure to complete KYC will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Account Closure: You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to KYC clearance. Bonus Funds are not redeemable upon voluntary account closure unless Wagering Requirements have already been satisfied.

All transactions on the v87h5 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The Platform does not apply currency conversion fees on transactions processed through supported local payment methods.

Supported Deposit Methods: v87h5 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Local bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum deposit amounts vary by method. E-wallet deposits are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation of payment. Bank transfer deposits are subject to a processing window of 08:00–24:00 WIB; transfers received outside this window will be processed at the commencement of the next processing window.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted during the 08:00–24:00 WIB processing window are ordinarily processed on the same day. Requests submitted outside processing hours will be queued for the next available window. v87h5 targets a maximum processing time of 24 hours for all verified withdrawal requests, though bank clearing times beyond the Platform's control may affect the time funds appear in your bank or e-wallet account.

Deposit Limits: Players may set voluntary deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming tools available in their Account settings. These limits take effect immediately upon setting and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours. There is no cooling-off period for reducing a deposit limit.

Refusal of Transactions: v87h5 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other unlawful activity.

v87h5 offers a range of bonuses and promotional programmes to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Principles:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified Players aged 21 and over only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are held separately from Real Money Funds. Real Money Funds are wagered first, unless the Platform interface specifies otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements must be met in full before any Bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• v87h5 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend Wagering Requirements, or cancel a bonus from a Player's Account if there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or breach of these Terms.

Slot Tournament Prizes: Slot tournament prize credits are credited automatically to the winning Player's Account within one hour of the tournament's official close time (WIB). Prize credits are Real Money Funds and are not subject to a Wagering Requirement unless the tournament terms specify otherwise.

Expiry: Bonus Funds that remain in an Account for more than 30 calendar days without the associated Wagering Requirement being satisfied will expire and be removed from the Account Balance without further notice.

All games available on the v87h5 Platform — including slot games, live casino tables, Mahjong titles, sportsbook markets, and tournament formats — are governed by individual game rules published within each game's interface or help section. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable game rules before placing wagers.

RNG Certification: All slot and virtual game outcomes on the v87h5 Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) engines that have been independently tested and audited. The Platform does not manipulate game outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for individual slot titles are disclosed within each game's information panel.

Sportsbook Rules: Sportsbook bets are governed by the applicable sport-specific rules published in the v87h5 sportsbook section. Markets including Asian handicap, voor bola (goal spread), over/under totals, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are subject to specific settlement rules. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed, bets will be settled in accordance with the sportsbook rules for that specific market.

Prohibited Conduct: The following activities are strictly prohibited on the v87h5 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place or manage bets.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or miscalculated odds — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Collusion with other Players or with Platform employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any form of fraudulent activity including but not limited to chargebacks, use of stolen payment instruments, or identity fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or infrastructure.

Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game outcome, v87h5 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount to the Player's Account. Malfunctions void all pays and plays in the affected round.

v87h5 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide every registered Player with access to the following self-management tools, available at any time through the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in IDR.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold within a defined period, after which no further wagers may be placed until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests submitted to [email protected] are actioned within 24 hours.

All content on the v87h5 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphics, user interface design, software, text, and game assets licensed from third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — is either the proprietary property of the Operator or is used under valid licence. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any ownership interest or licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

The v87h5 name, logo, and all associated marks are the exclusive property of the Operator. Unauthorised use of these marks in any medium — including social media, third-party websites, or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, v87h5 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

1. Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.
2. Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill resulting from Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical errors.
3. Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account data where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.
4. Any loss or damage caused by events beyond the reasonable control of the Operator, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, acts of God, or government actions.
5. Decisions made by third-party game providers regarding game outcomes, RTP, or feature mechanics.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

v87h5 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at v87h5.org/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key data processing activities include:

• Identity and age verification (KYC) — required for regulatory compliance.
• Transaction processing and payment fraud prevention.
• Customer support communication via email and live chat.
• Responsible gaming monitoring, including flagging of at-risk playing patterns.
• Platform personalisation and game recommendation.

When material changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date, and registered Players will be notified via the email address associated with their Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure by contacting [email protected].

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially alter Player rights, or updates reflecting changes in law — may be made without individual notice to Players.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which the Operator holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered under the rules of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the above, the Operator acknowledges that its primary user base consists of players located in Indonesia and undertakes to operate the Platform in a manner consistent with internationally recognised standards for online gaming operators, including adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) best practices.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
